Founder &
Design Head
Harshita is the founder and design lead at Brand Clef. With over 5 years of experience, she brings a rare balance of strategic clarity and creative expression — building brand identities that are not only memorable but meaningfully aligned to business and audience. Before starting Brand Clef, she led the design team at Zerodha Varsity, where she transformed complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences. She has also worked with Epyc Thoughtworks, designing for brands like Accel, Houseware, Nova Benefits, and Itihasa Collective. A top graduate of IIM Indore’s Branding & Advertising programme and a Gold Winner at the IFP BrandBook Challenge, Harshita’s work is shaped by a deep interest in sensory branding — exploring how brands can connect beyond just the visual. At Brand Clef, she leads all design direction — ensuring every output is not just well-crafted, but well-tuned to purpose.
Bibhash Banerjee
Advisor - Branding & Communication Strategy
Bibhash is our resident advisor and strategic sounding board. The kind of person who can untangle a positioning problem before finishing his first coffee (he drinks a lot of it). With over 17 years of experience across branding, strategy, design, and advertising, Bibhash has worked with a wide spectrum of brands including Red Bull, Taj, ICICI, Uber, Flipkart, Aditya Birla, and ITC Fabelle. His past roles include heading strategy at Dentsu Creative West & North, leading Dentsu Tomorrow Lab (the network’s branding division), and serving on the South Asia Planning Council, a core think tank of strategy leaders across three countries. In 2020, he founded Polygon Café, a branding and strategy lab that works with founders and creative teams to build brands people love. Through Polygon, he continues to collaborate with names like Royal Enfield, Amazon Prime, Hershey’s, Siddhayu, and HaikuJam.
Ashish Kharwatkar
Consultant - Creative Direction & Copy
Ashish brings the wordplay, the wit, and the wisdom. With over two decades in advertising, he’s written, thought, led, and laughed his way through some of India’s best agencies — and brands. He has worked as Executive Creative Director at some of the industry's most respected names including Lowe Lintas, McCann, FCB, Grey, Dentsu, DDB, and Enormous. Along the way, he’s been mentored by legends like Mohammed Khan, R Balki, Prasoon Joshi, Priti Nair, and Ashish Khazanchi. From Volkswagen to Maggi, ICICIdirect to Swiggy, Tata Motors to Disney+ Hotstar — Ashish has helped shape the voice and narrative for 100+ brands, both global giants and Indian originals. In 2020, he stepped into the world of independent creative consulting, working directly with marketing leaders and ambitious clients. In 2024, this practice evolved into Fun Intended Advertising & Stuff, a space for great ideas, great collaborations, and slightly less formal footers.
